The only example I could find used an anonymous function... Something like
el.on( "click", $.proxy(function( param ) { /* ... */ }, this) );

What happens to the whitespace for named function. Is it better to format it this way
el.on( "click", $.proxy( this.anotherFunction, this ) );

or like that
el.on( "click", $.proxy(this.anotherFunction, this) );
