As I was going through the document, I found a good number of broken links that needed to be updated.
Many of the contributors twitter/github links have broken, so I've fixed those in the original and all translations.
jslint is now at https://www.jslint.com/ - FIXED
jsPerf is no longer working - REMOVED
jscs has been deprecated - REMOVED
added link to ECMAScript 2021 Language Specification - ADDED
